Frankfurt, Germany, July 22, 2008 – cdv Software Entertainment AG, a leading global full-service provider of services to the interactive entertainment industry, today announced the creation of London-based cdv Software Entertainment Ltd., establishing the firm’s direct presence in the United Kingdom.Industry veteran David Walker, formerly in leadership roles at Virgin Interactive, THQ, and 505 Games, will head up the newly formed office as Managing Director. David will be supported by Marketing Manager Matthew Walker, having held marketing positions at Virgin Interactive, Activision and Crave.
